We process personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- Date of birth
- Address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment details (IBAN)
- Health information (where relevant to taking part in classes)
3. What do we use your data for?
Black & White Fitness processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment and membership
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising and promotional offers (only with your consent)
- Calling or emailing you when necessary to provide our services
- Keeping track of the schedules and bookings for group classes
4. How long do we keep your data?
Black & White Fitness does not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. We use the following retention periods:
- Membership details: 7 years after your membership ends (statutory retention obligation)
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Contact form: 1 year after our last contact
5. Sharing personal data with third parties
Black & White Fitness does not sell your data to third parties and only shares it when this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data, or to object to the processing of your personal data by Black & White Fitness. Black & White Fitness uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. On your first visit to our website, we informed you about these cookies and asked for your permission to place them. Analytical cookies are used to give us insight into how the website is used. Tracking cookies are used to show personalised advertisements.

Black & White Fitness takes the protection of your data seriously and has appropriate measures in place to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
